This notice cannot disclose all the risks and other significant aspects of transacting in financial instruments and the capital markets at large. You should also be satisfied that the specific financial instrument(s) that you will select is/are suitable for you in the light of your circumstances and financial position. Some financial instruments are unsuitable for many investors. Different financial instruments involve different levels of exposure to risk and in deciding whether to trade in such instruments you should be aware of the items listed here below. You should exercise particular care in evaluating the risks involved and decide whether, in the light of those risks, investment is appropriate for you. This notice is not intended to be exhaustive and there may be other risk factors which you should take into account in relation to a particular investment.

Accordingly, each investor should consider very carefully whether such investments are suitable in the light of their own personal circumstances, commitments and available financial resources. Engaging in any investment activity may expose you to a significant risk of losing money. The investment in TPP products is intended for investors who have speculative capital. The investments managed by TPP may increase as well as decrease in value. Changes in exchange rates may adversely affect the value, price or income produced by our products. TPP does not guarantee the achievement of the objectives or goals. Investments on TPP platform are categorized as a Medium-High Risk to High-risk investments.
Past Performance
There is substantial risk of loss of your capital when trading financial markets and derivatives including futures, options, CFDs etc. Please seek independent advice when investing. Past performance should not be relied upon as an indication or a guarantee of future performance and no guarantee, express or implied, is given for future performance. The products described on this website may not be suitable for you and therefore not directed at you.
Back-tested, hypothetical or simulated performance results
All projections, valuations and analyses are provided to assist you in the evaluation of the matters described herein and (i) may be based on subjective assessments and assumptions, (ii) may use one among alternative methodologies that produce different results and (iii) to the extent they are based on historical information, should not be relied upon as an accurate prediction of future performance. Certain analysis is presented herein and is intended solely for purposes of indicating a range of outcomes that may result from changes in market parameters. It is not intended to suggest any outcome is more likely than another, and it does not include all possible outcomes or the range of possible outcomes, one of which may be that the investment value declines to zero.
The live historical or past simulated performance of each strategy is not a guarantee or an indication of future performance.
All projections and forecasts in these materials are therefore illustrative only. Back-tested, hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Simulated results are achieved by the retroactive application of a back-tested model itself designed with the benefit of hindsight. The back-testing of performance differs from the actual account performance because the investment strategy may be adjusted at any time, for any reason and can continue to be changed until desired or better performance results are achieved. Alternative modelling techniques or assumptions might produce significantly different results and prove to be more appropriate. Past hypothetical back-test results are neither an indicator nor a guarantee of future returns. Actual results will vary from the analysis.
